Your starting point. A detailed consultation and movement screen to understand your goals, training history, and current stress and energy levels.
From here, we create a safe, effective, and personal plan — perfect for adults 30+ and older adults in Hastings, St Leonards, or Bexhill looking to begin personal training with confidence.
1:1 Personal Training
Twice per week (5 weeks) – Accelerated results with regular contact and close guidance.
Once per week (10 weeks) – Steady progress with time to practice independently between sessions.
Each block is booked in advance, giving you structure, accountability, and momentum.
All sessions take place in our private studio in Hastings, East Sussex, reserved just for you — or a friend you invite — so you can train without distractions.
